This herbal tea blend is my absolute favorite formula for feeling empowered, boosting confidence and falling in love with oneself. A blend of damiana (Turnera diffusa), rose (Rosa damascena), spearmint (Mentha spicata), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), cardamom (Elattaria cardamomum) and clove (Syzygium aromaticum) work together to create a warming, inspiring, powerful, loving and safe energy. Drink a cup of this tea when you most need that energy, when relaxing into a self-love meditation or when you’re ready to open up to love with another. You can also drink this with a consenting partner or partners to open yourselves up to love, lust or passion together.

To use: Steep one tablespoon to eight ounces of hot water for at least 20 minutes. And, even though it’s warming, it’s also very good iced!
