This zine accompanies my Herbal Tonics workshop, where participants were invited to sample several herbal formulas made up of plants that are known to be tonic to certain organ systems. Even if you haven’t had a chance to take the class, this helpful guide will highlight some popular tonic plants — think nervines, adaptogens, digestive tonics, etc. It will also provide you with some recipes to make these tonic formulas at home and resources on where to learn more and source quality herbs.
