Infused under the Full Strawberry Moon of 2019 , Litha contains essence of mock orange (Philadelphus lewiisi) blossoms, carnelian and rain water and is charged with grounding reiki energy. Mock orange blossom infused under the light of the moon allows one to release stuck trauma, negative energy, stagnant feelings and any other unwanted emotions at the cellular, soul and past lives levels. Carnelian increases personal power, brings courage and strength, calms anger, aids you in speaking up for yourself and overcoming trauma and abuse, while keeping you grounded in reality. Grounding reiki energy allows you to stay in your present body as you do the deep work of releasing and healing old wounds and unwanted energy while deepening your love for yourself or learning to love yourself again.

Litha is available in both dosage bottles and as a mother essence. Dosage bottles are ready to take as instructed below. The mother essence is for you to make your own dosage bottle. This is a great option if you know you will be using this essence often or would like to share with others.

To use: Dosage bottles — Take 3-5 drops as desired. Mother essence bottles — Add 10-15 drops of mother essence to a half-ounce dropper bottle. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with a 1:1 blend of brandy and spring or filtered water. Do not take mother essence at full strength without dilution.

Flower Essences:
Flower essences support emotional and spiritual well-being and are meant to be taken in small, diluted dosages. All of my flower essences are “dosage” bottles, unless otherwise noted. Drops can be taken directly from a dosage bottle with no further dilution needed. You can take a flower essence any time you feel you need it. I especially like to incorporate them into ritual, breath work, meditation, yoga, energy work, somatic therapy, dream work and any other type of personal practice where you feel a supportive, energetic, emotional ally would be beneficial.
